- Promotional activities of the congress will be announced via e-mail, web site, at least 18 magazines and also domestic & international fairs to 30.000 national 5.000 international esteemed contacts.
- Promotional videos of sponsoring company will be displayed on screens in the lobby of conference hall. (max 5 mins. before noon)
- Sponsors will have an info desk in the lobby (info desk cost belongs to the association)
- The logo of your company will be placed on all promotional materials (except special sponsorships as invitation, clothing and valet sponsorships etc.)
- The logo of your company will be used on welcome desk, web site, insert invitations, brochures, signboard and stage.
- Your logo will be displayed on congress web site until the next congress
- Your logo will be used on all display materials in alphabetical order up to your sponsorship group.
- The location of your info desk will be assigned according to alphabetical order.
- Detailsof all sponsorship packages can be changed and managed with suggestions and/or claims of the ministry
- 30 free of charge invitations will be provided
- All technical works and demands will be evaluated according to availability of the hotel where the congress takes place.
- Table flags of the company will be used on every table in the gala dinner hall.
- Company logos will be displayed with laser show in gala dinner hall. (with the logos of ministries, Imder, congress)
- The promotional video of the sponsoring company will be displayed in opening ceremony of the gala dinner for 5 mins.
- Sponsoringcompanycangivetheirspecialpromotional merchandise or presents to every participants. (they can be placed on every table or given at the entrance)
- In case of the gala dinner being organized somewhere else other than the hotel, company info desk can be placed at the entrance of the gala dinner place. (all costs related with the info desk will be covered by the sponsoring company)
- If the Congress Commission agrees, other promotional works of the sponsoring company can be evaluated.
