You will be given a badge at registration, please wear it at all times to ensure entrance and also as a courtesy to other guests.

Cloakroom
The cloakroom will be open throughout the congress and is situated in the registration area.

If you require any other special facilities please let the events co-ordinator know in advance.

Emergency procedures
In the unlikely event of an emergency, the congress team and the hotel staff will be on hand to usher you to the correct meeting points. Where necessary you will be informed of the emergency procedure by the chairman.

First aid
Should you require medical attention please let a member of the congress team know so that we may contact the hotel duty manager who will be able to help.

Lost property
If you lose any of your personal belongings please inform a member of the congress team via the registration desk in case it has been handed in. If it has not we will contact the hotel security manager on your behalf.

Mobile phones
Please turn mobile phones off or to silent during the congress.

The registration area will be adjacent to the congress room.
