• Registration fee includes; scientific meeting access, fair area access, meeting materials, coffee breaks and Lunch.
• Registration process only making with online registration system.

• Registration payment will be refunded as %50 of the payment is a written cancellation before 05 September 2016. 
• Please note that there will be no refund for cancellations received after 05 September 2016     
• All the cancellations must be written cancellation and refund will pay after organization.

Registration Conditions

Conditions valid for only 20 – 21 September 2016 2nd IMDER Congress 

1. How can I enroll?
If you would like to participate in the congress, be a sponsor, make a B2B interview or rent a place in the foyer, please enter www.vizyon2023turkiye.org In case of any questions, you can get in touch with the congress organizing team.

Payments will be realized by money order, EFT or credit card. Registration will be finalized as the payment is done. Participants are responsible for all the expenses related to payment.

Congress fees include meals and all other catering services during the congress.
Congress fees do not include VAT. VAT will be added to the amount during the billing process.


2. Registration Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email following your payment. Registration will be confirmed as you approve this email. You will be asked to submit this document during the congress for the invoice.


3. Right of Change
The latest date you can make changes on the participant names is 30 days before the congress.


4. Cancellation Policy
   
Participants can cancel their registration latest by 45 days before the congress date. Payments will be refund. During refund, all the bank expenses, VAT if already invoiced will be cut from the total amount.If less than 45 days is left to the congress, cancellations will not be accepted and refund will not be done.


5. Cancellation of the Organization
   
If the organizer cancels the congress for any reason other than force majeure, payments will be refund. Refund will be limited by the payment realized by the participant and any other payment will not be done.For any force majeure stated by law (war (whether declared or not), partial or general revolution, industrial disputes (strike-lockout), lack of power, fuel, transportation, equipment, other goods and services, natural disasters, infectious diseases, government action, export or import restrictions, fire, explosion, accident, sabotage, popular uprisings, riots, because of all these reasons breaks, theft and loss that can happen during transportation and storage; if cancellation occurs because of all these listed reasons, refund will not be done.

Participants accept to waive all the harm that may be caused by all the above listed reasons.
