The present terms and conditions apply to 2nd International Construction Equipment Congresss taking place on 20-21 October 2016
REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Participants can buy places at 2nd International Construction Equipment Congresss Turkey at www.vision2023turkey.org (Registration, sponsorships, and booking). Payment is made by bank transfer or by credit card as part of the registration process. No registration is effective until payment has been received and processed successfully. Fees paid by participants cover, as appropriate, admission to the 2nd International Construction Equipment Congresss Turkey, all the congress sessions, lunch and coffee breaks during the congress and the evening networking event. all prices are subject to vat where applicable.
An email confirmation of registration/acknowledgement of payment will be sent to each registrant upon receipt of payment together with an invoice. Delegates are asked to bring a copy of the confirmation.
Organisations/companies who have purchased places can change names of participants until one month left to the congress, free of charge.
Participants can cancel their registrations until one month left to the congress, payments received by IMDER will be refunded (limited to the amount paid by the participants), minus a fee of €50 to cover administrative and banking costs. refunds will be handled after the event. In case of cancellation after …………………… or in case of no-show, no refunds will be made.
If the organiser cancels the event for any reason other than force majeure, registration fees are refunded to registered participants. however, refunds are limited to the amount paid by the participants. the organiser is not liable for any other loss or expenses incurred by participants as a consequence of the cancellation. In the event that the 2nd International Construction Equipment Congresss Turkey would be cancelled, postponed or relocated on account of fire, flood, riot, earthquake, civil commotion, decisions taken by the national and/or local authorities, weather conditions, strike, lock-out, labour disturbances, explosions, sabotage, accident, terrorism, war, acts of god or any other causes or casualties beyond the control of the organiser, no refund shall be made. participants to the 2nd International Construction Equipment Congresss Turkey waive all claims for damages in this case.
